So I have been having problems with my vag for as long as I can remember. So ever since about 2 years ago I've tried to have sex but I never could, every time I try it's like from my waist down tenses up and I can't relax it. Last October I finally got to have sex like barley 3 times(the 3rd time started to hurt just not as bad and the first time didn't even hurt). I can't even wear tampons because when I try it's uncomfortable like I have it in wrong or something and then they hurt when I take them out. I haven't been to the gynecologist yet because my anxiety gets so bad that I can't seem to make the phone call and then I make up excuses for why I didn't make the phone call so any suggestions will help out so much!!!!

P.s. My oldest sister thinks I should get toys and stretch myself out
