What way do you check your BBT

I’m wondering as I just received my thermometer and it has on there underarm, under the tongue or rectal ( I’m not to keen on that :-/ )

But I read that testing via underarm pit isn’t good accurate reading and under the tongue that isn’t a good way as woman will fall asleep again between the snooze button on the alarms

and then don’t get a good reading,

so they have been testing the virginal way.

So my question is what way have you or do you check yours as I am really wanting to get the most accurate way
