80% effaced and cramping!
Hi all, I'm 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant and since yesterday I've been feeling period like cramps that come and go. I was told yesterday that I'm 80% effaced, no dilation yet, and baby is engaged at -1.
What's up with these menstrual like cramps?? Am I headed toward labor soon?
