TTC Lifestyle Changes- What do you do?

So this is my first cycle TTC and I'm wondering if or how you ladies have changed your lifestyle for TTC? If you've found great articles on this topic, please share. I've already read several from Glow and Ovia.

Personally, I've obviously cut out all alcohol and wasn't a smoker in the first place. I'm pretty active anyway, so I'm not planning on changing that. I own a small horse farm and work a full time job, so that keeps me busy. Trying to drink plenty of water, eat healthy, and cut back on caffeinated beverages (I NEED coffee!). I'm also taking a prenatal vitamin. The hardest thing is getting enough good rest! I'm finding that I'm stressing enough over TTC that I'm having trouble shutting my brain down.

What are y'all's thoughts?
