A friend I have told me to tell the guy I like that I have feelings. “Shoot your shot” her exact words. And thought it was cute when I wore a bow and eyeshadow to work (not for him but still pointed it out and said “for him?”) and she just encouraged it, right? You’d think she was in your corner? I tell him and he texts me back saying he is dating THE FRIEND WHO ENCOURAGED MY FLIRTING. Now I’m shook and confused 🤷‍♀️ I only had 1 relationship that was abusive emotionally and mentally from 16-18, I’m 19 now.... is this normal in the dating world? Someone explain.
