Does it tick anyone else off when people cheat and get away with it?

I really hate seeing someone who cheats and half ass their way through school get a good grade. For example, some kids decided to get the letter answers(memorize the order of the answers because it was multiple choice) from a previous class who had a quiz and then memorize those answers. When I tried confronting one of them, she kept saying that it’s “just a quiz” and doesn’t matter. I’ve seen the same people do this over and over again and it bothers me when they never get caught. I know that it will probably all catch up to them eventually because karma’s a bitch, but I still am bothered by it. Anyone else get bothered too?
