Opinions!?

So within the last couple of days I’ve been spotting when I pee and it isn’t time for my period and I’ve been VERY lazy lately and having random abdominal pains, just took this pregnancy test and to my eyes see a very, very faint line! Have taken test in the past few months and never even got the faint line that I think I’m seeing now!! What are y’all thoughts?
