Ovulation! ??

What is ovulation. ? Is ovulation the only time u can get pregnant?  Someone please explain and summarize for me ??

when you ovulate you release an egg from your ovary, this egg then travels down your fallopian tube. The sperm will fight to get into the egg and then it takes around a week for the egg to travel down the tube to the womb. You can only get pregnant when an egg is released but sperm can live up to 5 days in the right environment.

Ovulation is just the time when your body releases an egg into your uterus. This is when you would want to try to get pregnant, since you’re the most fertile. If you are not fertilized, then you have your period, which flushed out your uterine lining and the egg with it. Then the cycle repeats.
