5 weeks, 4 days. No cramps, no nausea.

My wife is 5 weeks and 4 days today with no nausea and hasn't had cramps in 3 days. She tends to be a worry wart (perfectly reasonable in this instance) and I am trying to get the scoop on just how many others are in the same boat? I've heard not all have these symptoms. I think what really stresses her out (and me too) is that her first appointment is next Wednesday at 6 weeks 5 days and will have no ultrasound or blood work done so she won't really get clear confirmation of a healthy baby (or not) for many weeks to come.
