mucus plug33w+5d?

Question

I have an ob appt thursday(34 w). and have lost a couple pound this past week, but that can fluctuate. 
went to the bathroom and wiped and seen this, I know u can lose it little by little but just dont know why is slightly brown , baby have a bm? if so I know I need to be checked. 
wiped again and nothing there. 
what do u guys say 
bracton hicks close together off and on past couple weeks bit not regular at all.

I’ve had this as well, it’s just your mucus plug and it’s brown because it’s old blood.. I’ve been loosing my mucus plug for the past 3 days and every time it’s looked a little something like this.. labor may not be close but this is at least a step your body is taking to get ready for labor.. you cervix is more than likely softening at this point

I'd contact my doctor is there is blood in it. Could be the bloody show and that means labor is soon (hours or days). It may not be that, but it's worth talking to your doctor about. 
If you've had sex that could have caused it too, if so I wouldn't be very alarmed

I had this same thing this morning 36+2 ! You may want to call your doctor, I feel like 33 weeks is too early for this to be happening for you!!! I may be wrong but I don't think you should be having a show like this until further along!

That's either your mucus plug, bloody show, or just discharge. Definitely not a baby bm.
