No costume=no candy?
Last Halloween I had so many High School aged kids come to my door with no costumes and Wal-Mart bags for candy! I reluncantly gave them each 1 peice only to hear them walk away saying "Cheap bitch only gave me one peice!"! So do you go by the no costume =no candy rule?
