Spotting during workout

So I go to bootcamp about 4-5 days a week and we incorporate weights and do general circuit training. But yesterday during one of the sets I started spotting and not just any normal spotting where it’s brown in color but actually red. I freaked out of course it’s been a while other day and I’m still spotting. Just wondering what it could be any suggestions? Also my diet has changed I wouldn’t say drastically but I have been eating better and I’ve lost weight so idk if that could be a factor as well. Thanks lovelies!
