Should I end it?

My bf and I have been involved with each other for a while now we are in two different states and he read my messages on Snapchat and text messages but says he forgets to respond but this is everyday. Sometimes he will respond quickly or wait hours to respond and goes to a lot of parties and has started to smoke weed more and is drinking a lot. He says he doesn’t respond to me sometimes because I piss him off but won’t tell me what I have done to do that. Also he posted a pic of his best friend saying how much he appreciates her for when she is there for him and for when he needs her but it was a random thing and he used to like her a while ago and they haven’t been best friend for long. What should I do????
