Did anyone have period symptoms & still get pregnant?

Question

7 days post FET transfer , period due in 6 days. Feels just like my period will start too... Thoughts?

I had a fresh transfer, but the days after I kept feeling random cramps, sometimes like a shooting pain (never get them, even on my period, I thought it was the body rejecting the embryos) and my nipples were a little sensitive, other than that I wasn't even bloated, I was sure it hadn't worked, but it did, 18.5 weeks now!.

I didn't have any period symptoms but I don't usually get them until the morning of the start. I did however test on day 6 after a 5 day transfer and got a faint positive
