Bleeding after a transvaginal sono

I got a trans vaginal sonograms yesterday and the doctor said the baby looked healthy and the heard the heartbeat. This morning I woke up bleeding. Not a lot. (Pics attached) I called my dr and he said he thinks it's from the sonogram. He wants to see me tomorrow but said I can go to the ER today if need be. Thoughts?

I'm 9 weeks 1 day.
