Anyone want to share their story and maybe a tip or two?

I had a silent miscarriage in march at 12 weeks and 2 days... I had to get two D&C;'s and now my husband and I are trying again and it just feels like it's never going to happen. I could really use some rainbows stories, and if you used any tips to help conceive that would be nice.

I've had 11 losses, all first trimester losses, including 2 ectopic losses. I'm finally pregnant with a sticky baby boy. The only advice I have is to give yourself permission to grieve, but to not let that grief take over. Feeling hopeless and lost is a horrible place to be. Staying hopeful, living life and not allowing the ttc process take over your life is truly the best thing to do. I literally have a year of my life that I barely remember..we were so focused on getting pregnant and dealing with recurrent loss...I truly can't remember anything else from that year. I decided I was done with that nonsense, and we continued to try but also to make a conscious effort to live. We still suffered 2 more years of losses, but I was able to stay strong and hopeful and having life to look forward to made it all possible. We went on several spontaneous road trips, said "yes" to a lot more things, and just tried to make sure we were not focusing our life together on making a baby. We decided we would adopt if nothing changed for us by my 30th birthday, and that was that. We still don't know why this pregnancy is successful, or why all the others failed. Some things are out of our control. As a type a personality...that is so hard for me. But I have learned a lot and I feel like a new person now. Good luck with your adventure and try to stay strong! Never give up.

Before trying to conceive I was told I had a tilted uterus which doesn't mean it's impossible to get pregnant but because of the way it twists it would just be difficult. When I finally got pregnant I had been diagnosed with low progesterone and was being monitored every other day while on medication. My levels even out but a few weeks later we suffered from a missed miscarriage. I should have been in my second trimester. It crushed me. I didn't think I would be able to get pregnant again for a while. A few months later I was pregnant and immediately put on progesterone. However, this time, my HCG levels were also erratic. I had to have my blood taken every other day for 3 months. By the 4th month we were in the clear. Later down the road I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes but was able to control it with my diet. At 39 weeks I had to be induced. 54 hours of labor later I delivered my big chunk at 9 lbs 10 ounces.
