Ok so basically I need help

So me and my boyfriend have had sex during my ovulation period

So I took a pregnancy test but it came out negative

But now I’m having pains in my stomach and my abdominal does that mean my period is coming for sure of is this a joke that I might have to take another test next week too see because this is crazy right now

So what should I do because I’m confused and this would be my second one because my oldest is 2 years old and she won’t understand that her mom is pregnant 🤰🏾

Need answers please and I have a 28 day cycle what ever that means
