Trigger Shots?

I get my first trigger shot tomorrow. Last month we tried clomid and my Doc didn't think it was doing what we needed it to. So this month I took famara CD 5-9 and I will get my trigger shot tomorrow CD 17. What should I expect? Has anyone done this and had it be successful? I am so hopeful that this will work. Been TTC for 2 years now. I have PCOS and in the last year have lost 135lbs in order to make having a baby possible!  Please wish us luck!

I did that last month but I took it cd 3-7, I wasn't expecting it to work since it was my first cycle using it but here I am 6 weeks along

Hi!  This is my second cycle using clomid plus a trigger shot. I believe I’m about 5 dpo. The shot itself isn’t the worst. I think it just depends who does it. The day and the day after I feel tired and a little nauseous but that is just me. Also last cycle I pulled a positive HPT through 11 days after the shot. So when they say don’t believe them till 14 days afterwards they mean it. Good luck and I hope this works for both of us!
