Yeast infection or something else?

So my husband and I had rough sex a few nights ago, and I woke up with a super swollen labia minora, and I just chalked it up to bring bruised. Two days ago, I started noticing a change in discharge where it's thicker, kinda like a yeast infection, and it's super itchy, as well as tiny cuts that are inevitable with yeast infections (at least for me). I've done all the home remedies I can find to try and get rid of it (as I'm not one to run to the doctor) but it's not helping. The discharge is now a yellowish tint, but it has no odor which is what confuses me. I have no idea what to do, and I don't want to go to the doctor if I can avoid it. Any suggestion is welcome. :P
