Threatened miscarriage

On Saturday (8weeks) my husband and I made love, walked around all day and that night I had (TMI) a VERY rough bowl movement. Minutes after I noticed dark brown spotting. I freaked out and went to the ER. My cervix was closed and my HCG was 36,000. Which was good.

On Sunday I had cramping and Spotting when I wiped.

On Monday, I had an ultrasound that showed a heartbeat of 175 and a perfectly shaped baby. Everything looked great.

Tuesday, I was still spotting. Light tan Only every third time I wiped. The doctor was NOT encouraging. He said he didn’t like that I was spotting and told me I was in a threatened miscarriage.

Today I woke up without any spotting... until just now, VERY VERY light tan and only once when I wiped

Has anyone else had this?

Am I miscarrying ?
