My husband and I are on our honeymoon right now, and due to the wedding, moving to a new city, and issues with doctor appointments I haven't gotten my IUD removed (expired on the 15th). We decided to use spermicide until we returned home when I could finally be seen. We've been here a few days now and I've got cramps but they don't feel like normal cramps. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with implantation cramps? I don't want to get ahead of myself but since my IUD expired I'm a little weary of how different these cramps feel.
