Should I worry?

So my period has been completely crazy for the month of March/beginning of April... I switched birth controls because my period was so messed up, I needed a new pill to try and fix it. I've been on this pill for about 3 weeks.

Since my period was so crazy I have no idea when I'm ovulating. My husband & I have had sex twice since changing my pill & he came in me both times. Well today out of no where I got REALLY bad cramps (which I never get) & got super nauseas... What is your opinion.
