Back pain question

Hey guys! I have heard a few of you ladies who have gotten your BFP talk about back pain being one of the first signs. I was just wondering what kinda of back pain? I know it may be hard to describe. I am just feeling some pain a bit, and just wondering if someone could possibly help me out? Thank you!
