workout help
I've been doing a group boot camp style workout for 4 months now and I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant. before I was prego I was doing pretty good and go at least three times a week and feeling great. Now, I only go 3x per week and I feel like I am going to puke the whole time. I feel sick doing any exercise on my back AND my front. burpees are basically now pukies and im always feeling stomach cramps while running and I feel dehydrated. I'm trying to drink more in the day but it's still happening. I want to keep working out so I have a healthy pregnancy and a quick labor (had a 38hour labor with baby #1- I also wasn't working out). if you have any tips or tricks for me please share them, I feel so sad not putting in 100% but I just feel so nauseous and crampy!
