Abnormal EKG,Possible pregnancy

I am almost 3 months late and blood test is negative as of yesterday. I am a Pap smear and EKG yesterday. The EKG came back abnormal. So now I have to go to a stress test and echocardiogram. I had an EKG about two year ago before surgery and it was fine. I was reading that some people who are pregnant actually get abnormal ekg's .... Anyone have this happen to them?? I know it's most likely I am not pregnant but I have never been irregular and was tested for cysts, which I had none.
