I've never had to use anything to increase my milk supply. Why do you feel that you need to? Is your baby having enough wet diapers a day and gaining weight?

Literally just finished a glass of the chocolate flavor. I make it like a hot coco with milk and whip cream. Tastes good and worked very well for me. Only thing I noticed is that I get a mild headache after drinking any mother milk tea or products. Don’t know why but something I just deal with to keep my supply up since I am exclusively pumping
