When it comes to the opportunities you have in society, where do YOU stand?

More opportunity than some, less then others. I probably fall mid to high on intersectional privilege.

I think I had so many chances with great opportunities.  I unfortunately went through a bad relationship, medication abuse, physical/emotion abuse, and severe anxiety where I was afraid to fail.  Lost a lot.  Missed a lot.  And still living in regret everyday.

I’d say higher than some, lower than others.
There’s some opportunities I’m jealous of others for having, because for me it wasn’t even an option. But I recognize that there are some opportunities I’ve had that others would love to have had.

More than some, less than others. 
I was born to a poor family, my whole family on both sides including my parents have a history of drug and/or alcohol abuse, no one in the history of my family finished college (my grandparents/great grandparents are all poor immigrants), I was homeless a majority of my younger years which affected my schooling, I have mental health problems from a childhood accident that also causes me physical pain, I'm LGBT(+), and I'm a woman. A lot of these things made it hard for me in school, finding jobs/keeping jobs as an adult, and my ability to function as part of society. That being said I don't face a lot of problems that poc, other members of the LGBT+ community, or people who had it worse than me face.

I'd say more.  I'm blessed in many ways,  family to help out with child minding if I wanted to study and further my education.  Family who would be willing to lend us money if we needed it to better our lives.  I've got qualifications in a few different work areas and friends who are managers and have given me a job when needed.  There's not much in my life that holds me back.

On the higher side. White woman born to an upper middle class Christian family. I did have to join the army to help pay for college and help find a career, but I did have family support. I do work in a traditionally male-dominated career field, so the fact I am a woman might have cost me more than one coveted position, but overall I've done quite well and had it fairly easy.

More.  I can't think of anything I couldn't accomplish if it was something I wanted to work towards.
I'm not this insanely rich person but I have a formal education and a good income.  I have the ability to worry about bettering myself where others may still be worried about where their next meal comes from.

Probably higher end. I’m no Kylie or Kim etc but for a regular person I have it incredibly well and count myself and my sisters as lucky.

I would say more, in most cases. I'm a female of colour. And to top it off, I'm Muslim. But luckily, I'm not in the US. The fact that I'm educated and not financially restricted, opens most doors for me.
