Surely I’m not pregnant...right?

SO and I are not actively TTC but not preventing it either. And this month we’ve barely had sex. The last two days I’ve been extremely nauseous (mostly at night), had the worst headache (and it’s been years since I’ve actually had a headache). On top of weird random cramps and BM that aren’t consistent with my normal BM. Obviously if we conceived last week I wouldn’t be symptomatic. Too early for any sort of test? I don’t feel like it’s in my head since we aren’t even trying lol.
