Not a UTI

So last week I thought I was getting a uti I wasn't going to the bathroom a lot or it didn't burn when it peed I just had this weird pressure on my lower abdomen and bladder. So I went to the drys and they said I had a little bit of blood in my urine so the did a culture and u/a and I got a call today that everything came back negative no UTI or anything soooo I'm super confused af is due 10/20 what should I think of this? can I be pregnant? Has anyone experienced this before?
