Were ttc and need your help

So i gave birth to my daughter 4 months ago. I was breastfeeding until recently (i stopped sometime last week) so i didnt get my period yet. (Ive also bought ovulation tests and for the past 7 weeks, they all came up negative or extremely low)

•I was wondering, do you mommies have any tips for me to stop my milk supply 100%?

•do you know if its possible to make my period come faster? (If so, how?)

•should i take birth control for a month to reset my cycle for an easier ttc?
