Depression on the pill?

I just started taking the Mylan pill two weeks ago and I've experienced a lot of mood swings and severe depression. I was a very happy person before so depression is not an underlying issue for me. Has anyone experienced depression while on the pill? Does it go away?

This happened to me too. I worry so much about girls starting to take the pill. My depression was getting out of control, I was starting to hurt myself, until I stopped taking the pill. Then the depression lifted completely within two weeks. I wish I could sue Beyaz for the three years of my life they ruined.

i dont take any bc and i have severe depression... i've been wanting to take the pill because i get really bad and painful periods but i'm scared if it would make my depression worse .. :/

Yeah I had pretty severe depression on bc. It went away once I stopped taking it.

I had depression due to the birth control and it didnt go away till I stopped. It felt like someone lifted away the gray cloud over my head. I was back to my jolly self.
