Are these promising? Please share your symptoms

I am 9 DPO going on 10. Since 6 DPO I’ve experienced the following

🎃elevated temp. 99.4 first in the morning right at or under 100 during the day. This has been going on for 3 days. No symptoms of being sick.

🎃I’m peeing a little more than usual

🎃fatigue, fatigue, fatigue.

🎃tender/ twingy boobs

🎃drowsy and light headed.

🎃cramps and twinges on left side at 6DPO almost all day long. Not so much now.

I took a test with an 88cent cheapie this morning fmu. BFN. 😰
