I could see if a child thought of her as her hero, and she simply dressed like her on their own, it being borderline okay, obviously unsettling, but I mean, who are we to say who the child looks up to? In this case, to produce the costume and sell it, as a franchise, is absolutely past the line and deplorable.

I feel like if a child chose to dress as her for a school event, such as those school spirit days when they want you to dress as one of your heroes, or a book report style presentation then maybe it would be okay, however in that instance I would expect that they kind of put together the outfit. For it to be franchised for Halloween is insensitive and holds no educational value.
