HELP!!! could I be pregnant??

So I took a pregnancy test and the first one seemed to come up positive so a few hours later I took another one to be sure, and I think the second came out negative. What does this mean? Could I be pregnant? And if so, how long should I wait to take another?

if you didn't hold your pee the second test could've been diluted, retest with a pink dye and either hold your pew for a few hours or use your first morning pee!!
