Came out of the broom closet

So a couple of weeks ago, I stepped out of the broom closet on social media. Many of my close friends knew already that I am Pagan (polytheistic) but my family did not. I was raised in a highly religious household and was waiting for some kind of blow up or to be shunned by my family. The only thing thug had held me back for years was that I didn't want my family to step out of my kids lives.

And guess what happened? I haven't heard a single word from them except for my cousin (might as well be my brother) ask what paganism meant to me. After I explained? Nothing.

I am not sure what to feel about it now rather than the enormous weight that has been lifted from my shoulders. Just figured I would share, I needed to get my feelings out somewhere.
