Tmi!!discharge

So I notice this discharge when I go to the bathroom I had a yeast infection a month ago and I took medicine then thought I was getting it back and took medicine again and see this in the toilet. Normal or should I see a doctor again. I’m 25 weeks pregnant. Or does it look like medicine. Before I took the medicine again it was still like this so I’m not sure
