Side effects going off progesterone?

Question

I'm 12 weeks 3 days and stopped my progesterone supplement last night. I woke up in the night with terrible cramping so bad I couldn't sleep, and today it's continuing. I just had my nuchal translucency scan yesterday and baby was fine.  I'm waiting for call back from my dr but was wondering if anyone else had side effects from stopping progesterone?

I had no symptoms!

Thank you. ...the nurse seemed to think it can't possibly be related to going off the progesterone but I'm seeing the dr this afternoon just in case.

I had a headache for about four days, and also developed insomnia (but I don't know if that's related or not).

I had body aches and vomiting and ended up giving myself small shots of it when I was feeling terrible and weaning off over the course of a week. I’m fine now
