Preseed! When to use? Howd you do it?

We've been ttc for 3 months now so I got preseed this month to try and help make it stick... I dont really check when I'm ovualting I just go off the chart and if my cm is looking right. Last month I had pink discharge so I knew/think I was ovualting and really thought I'd have a chance that month.. I really hope preseed does the trick this time.. So should I use preseed everytime? or every other time? and should I put it in then wait 5 minutes then get busy?
