What is going on?

Took plan around February and my period came early. Had sex in March and now it's the end of April and no sign of period? Took a lot of test and all negative so I know for sure I'm not pregnant .. I check to see if I'm ovulating and it said no but I did have sex Saturday night ?? 🙈🙈🙈🙈
