Sex hurts?

I’m 30 weeks today & last night my fiancé & I tried to have sex. Foreplay didn’t hurt at all but when we actually started having sex it felt like my first time all over again. I had to have him stop. Is this just one of the downsides to being in the third trimester?

have you tried a different position like instead of missionary try doggie style for me missionary feels like I'm dying because I can't breathe and the pressure etc.

I've had that since about 12weeks. it sucks but my SO understands. not sure if it's normal I just know I'm going through it as well

I couldn't personally have sex until recently. I'm 38w and we tried again couple days ago after it being too painful and sensitive since around 25 weeks. I can't say when it stopped being too painful because we didn't even try for about 3 months, but it surprised me.
