potential harm done by ultrasounds- anyone else worried?

hi. I found this article. give it a read if you're curious. I'm really conflicted if I get an early ultrasound or not. I really want to see that everything is good in there but the article suggests neurological problems later in life, including learning disability and autism.

my own personal situation is the doctor is offering me an early U/S because I had a stillbirth in May but I'm not actually high risk.
