I get so frustrated when I think about the relationship my kid is going to have with my in-laws. I am super close with my family we talk on a daily basis and see each other fairly often. My husband has a very distant relationship with his side of the family and I can't help but get stressed thinking about my child not having the close tight knit relationship with them that they will have with my family... I just feel like why bother if you're not going to put effort into having a good relationship... My kid is going to be the one who ends up hurt
