Our daughter seems to really favor my husband. To the point where if he leaves the room when we're both hanging out with her, she just screams and cries until he comes back... she will not stop no matter what I do. I can't calm her down, it's like she doesn't even know who I am. But when it's just me and her, she's great. I just don't understand why she doesn't want dad to leave when I'm there. Does she have some sort of unhealthy attachment to him?

I'm the one that always drops her off to day care and he's the one who picks her up, so she isnt used to him leaving.. I'm thinking that could be part of it.
