What could it be?

Started Geritol Liquid on Cycle day 12 which I figured was too late to help Ovulation but I still took it.. Cycle day 16 and AF came 🤷🏾‍♀️ It’s was 9 Days Early... Since then I’ve experienced Frequent Urination, Increase of Appetite and Fatigue... I’m still taking the Geritol.. Are the Symptoms normal? What do I do ?
