Am I Dreaming?!

Ladies, this is my first positive pregnancy test in my life. I've only had a few scares that never resulted in anything. I've been dealing with symptoms like throbbing nipples and breasts like I've never experienced before. I was expected to start my period yesterday and took this test around 7:00 PM today.

Is this really accurate? How likely is it that this was a false positive?

I'm ready to jump and down with excitement but don't want to get ahead of myself.
