Every other day. You want the sperm to build up. It’s best to have 3 STRONG sperm than 7 weak!

I've heard both. I saw on the doctors that have multiple sessions usually helps people get pregnant faster. However if SO has a low sperm count every other works better. My hubby and I BD whenever the mood strikes though. sometimes it's every day during fw and others only 2 or 3 times during fw. We're trying for baby #2 have had a miscarriage and a chemical so it's worked pretty well for us. I think I'm pregnant again but I'm waiting for my period day to come before I test.
