Missed one of my sugar pills??

So I'm on the last three days of my sugar pills which are the pills that ate the different colors then the rest... I forgot to take one tonight and I'm freaking out but it's not the white pill (that's the actual bc pill) idk how to explain it... slightly new to all of this it's my first pack...

Those pills are inactive meaning there’s no hormones. It’s no big deal if you miss one or even all of them, they’re just there to keep you in the habit of taking a pill every day. You’re fine!

You don't need to take sugar pills. They have them to keep you in the habit/know when to take your other pills.
