Sick during fertile days fml!

Ok so this is not the biggest deal but I know you lovely ladies will understand.. This is the first month after my late mc in April we are TTC again. Finally feeling ok, mentally and physically until bam, yesterday painful abdominal cramps. Not lady bits related, stomach, colon etc. Dr unsure, said prob a virus, has also tested for a uti. I'm on cd10, just entering fertile days and the idea of BDing is very unappealing with this pain. Please cross your fingers and toes for me that I'll wake up feeling great in the morning.
