Potty Training Tips?

My little girl just turned 2 & would like to really start potty training (we tried before but I was pregnant so it took a backseat). She usually can tell me when she goes “poo-poo” but not pee, she can hold her urine for some time, she puts her suffer animals on the potty, & she’ll sit on it, but only for a 30 sec then she’s done & says “all gone” or “all done.”

Are there any tips to actually get them to go on it, other then taking them every 10-15min to the potty. She has both a portable potty and the toilet seat insert. Ty in advance!
