Mucus plug looking cm tinged with blood tissue/lining during ovulation?

Does it mean I’m ovulating right now? I wiped after sex and I got a mucus plug looking cm tinged with a piece of blood tissue. I kinda rub around on my finger and it looks like a small piece of skin/lining? I’m freaking out because it’s the first time I had blood after sex....

Considering cm is like egg white when ovulating and you can slightly bleed it makes sense.

I got the same thing early this week, right when I should have been ovulating.  I don’t know what it means, but it was new to me.
